CAN I JOIN A CLASS AT ANY TIME?

For a beginner it is best to join at the start of a course, as its best practice to start with the basics which I teach over the first 3 weeks

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

Yes if you could bring your own mat and a small blanket to place over you at the end of the class.

WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?

We start off with a 5 minute warm up.
We then practice Pilates exercises for 35 minutes.
The final part of the class we relax and unwind with some Yoga.
